Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to our safe sales (standard & custom safes) and related services. By purchasing our safes, you agree to these rules:
Withdraw/cancel orders: Standard safes can be canceled within 24 hours of placing; custom safes (tailored size/material/lock type) cannot be canceled once material preparation starts. Payment adjustments follow order status.
Liability clarification: We’re not responsible for damage from improper installation/operation, or normal wear (e.g., lock core wear from long-term use) beyond product warranty. We are not liable for property loss inside the safe due to improper use or force majeure.
Design rights: Our safe designs are for your personal or business use only—no commercial reproduction/copying without permission.
User behavior rules: Avoid unlawful/offensive content when consulting custom safe details; no spam toward our service team. Do not use our safes for illegal storage purposes.
Account management: Customer accounts (if applicable) will be disabled for fraudulent orders or repeated rule violations.
Additional terms: Standard safes include a 2-year cabinet body warranty and 1-year lock core warranty.

Return and Refund Policy

 This policy covers our standard & custom safes:
Terms of returnStandard safes: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Custom safes: Only returnable if there’s factory quality defects (no non-reason returns, as they’re tailored to your needs).
State of returnSafes must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging; installed safes need to be disassembled (without damaging the product) and restored to original package status. The original lock keys and accessories must be complete.
Reason for returnApproved: Wrong safe delivered, factory defects (e.g., cabinet deformation, lock core failure on arrival). Unapproved: Incorrect size/style chosen by you, damage from improper installation/use, missing keys or accessories.
Process for return1. Contact our support team (provide order number + photos/videos of the issue). 2. Wait for 48-hour review approval (extended due to safe inspection complexity). 3. We’ll arrange professional door-to-door pickup for safes (due to heavy weight, pickup fees may be covered for quality defects).
Process of refundAfter verifying the returned safe meets requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Quality-defect returns get full refunds (including pickup fees); standard safe returns (non-defect) deduct return shipping and pickup fees.
